Experiment 001: Never Settle

New ideas, new project. This motto isn't new to me, but posting it is. One of my friends suggested I put my builds online for people to check out, and since this one will take me at least 3 weeks, why not? I'm new to Linus Forums, but not to the computer scene. However, there is always room for ideas and growth. Let me know if you think something would be awesome and I'll take a look into it! Anyways onto the build:

Experiment 001: Never Settle.

Brief Intro:

The case, it always starts with the case. In this "case" (wow bad pun) it was the Lian Li PC-05SX. Coming from the NZXT H440, I couldn't go back to plastics. My new case had to be aluminium and glass, nothing else would do. From there my other bit of inspiration was my phone. I have a One Plus One and I love it (no I'm not sponsored by them or anything). Their motto is "Never Settle" which is a phrase I love for PC building. I also love the companies audacity and color scheme (the red and white works). Anyways this was the basis for this build.

Thoughts Behind Parts

Before yall crucify me about using older parts, let me explain myself. I'm not a performance nut. I want more power than I use, but having newest thing isn't the biggest deal for me. I buy what I need, thats all. The other thing is that I'm not sponsored by anyone this build (I reached out, but no dice). As such, price played a large role in this build and majorly influenced my choice in parts. Anyways onto the good stuff.
